Player's Complaint

I played on Dux casino and I won some money (914€). When I made withdrawal request they banned my account. I went to their live chat to ask reason for this and they said i'm bonus abusing, even i have no idea what that means. I'm pretty sure i didn't break any of their rules. They also sais their decision is to cancel my winnings and refund my deposits(200€).
