In your claim, you contest that you should be refunded €200. I'm struggling to understand on what grounds you are seeking this refund?
While I would agree that the above chat is problematic, as it has not resulted in you losing further funds why would this interaction result in a refund? I'll certainly be raising with the operator the actions of this Live Chat agent, and you could consider flagging-up with the MGA this interaction as a potential licensing issue, but as the problem interaction has not resulted in you losing funds it is not grounds for a refund.

Hello. I never ask any refund, i just wanna complaint. When i open this case on your site there is field where have to put some amount every time when you make complaint. Maybe i understand wrong this. I think its ok make complaint without ask refund?

We're an ADR service. We serve as an alternative to the small claims court. The rule of thumb is that if you wouldn't take your issue to the small claims court, we're not the appropriate body to review it.
