Player's Complaint
Hi! I played dux casinos welcome bonuses at 18.10.2020.I played the first welcome bonus (100€ deposit + 100€ bonus). I lost it. Then was my second deposit with second welcome bonus (100€ deposit+55€ bonus). I succeeded the wager and I have not misused the bonus terms and conditions. Until I sent all necessary documents so the dux casino informed me that "you have misused the bonuses and your winnings are confiscated". I played allowable games with allowable bets and wagered the bonus. Then I had 2302€ on real balance after wager and later dux casino refused to pay my winnings.
