Player's Complaint
I have been trying to verify my payment methods for 4 days now. After several attempts to resolve the matter with the live chat team. I am getting nowhere. I would like this issue resolved ASAP as I am a long time customer of emu Casino and have never had a problem until now I find this very frustrating and highly immoral. I also feel betrayed by a casino I once regarded as trustworthy and had recommended to several of my friends.

Hi davegaf,
With the greatest of respect I do understand how frustrating account verification can be but I think you need to give the operator a little more time to resolve this on their own before asking a 3rd party to intervene. If you haven't successfully verified your account by Friday the 2nd of August let us know and I'll contact the operator on your behalf.
