Player's Complaint

On September 14th, 2021 I wanted to log into my enerycasino account but when I tried to log in my account was blocked. Then I checked my email inbox and there was an email from enerycasino with the message that my account had been blocked due to duplication although I only have one account with enerycasino and supposedly should have created a second one, I told enerycasino that I would like to give you that I was able to send documents to verify my personal data, but enerycasino was not interested and said that they blocked my account and confiscated my credit without any evidence that I should create a second account. I hope you can help me. Kind regards
