Enzo - withholds payment

Ruling

Found for the Casino - While we don't like the term, leaving the void funds in the player's account wouldn't make any practical difference to what they could withdraw.

Player's Complaint

Hello ThePogg Team,

I want to bring to you attention my case with enzocasino. I could not select enzocasino.com from the dropdown. So it is not about 007 slots but enzocasino.com . Eventhough the Casino terms at Enzocasino are very strict, I did not breach them. I played at their site with a 300% welcome deposit bonus. I deposited 20€ and after wagering it all on slots only I came out with 640€. Out of that I could withdraw 580€. It's not uncommon to not be able to withdraw the bonus but still not very consumer friendly. On February 19th I requested a withdeawal of said 580€. Today the 26th of February my withdrawal was set to 200€ and my account set to zero. The terms state the following rule: "If a player's accumulated deposit amount does not exceed €200, player will be entitled only up to X10 last deposit. This maximum payout will be enforced also in cases where the player made additional deposits which were deemed at the sole discretion of the Casino to have been made in order to exceed the €200 accumulated deposit amount." So I told support that they can restrict my withdrawal to 200€ but they are not allowed to make the other 380€ disappear. Instead they should let me gamble for the other money after another deposit. I did not receive a response to that yet. To me it does not say anywhere that the remainder of the winnings become void because of that rule. Please have a look at the rules for youself here: www.enzocasino.com/general-terms-conditions/?desktop=true&lang=en

If you are not able to help in my specific case, I would ask you to review this site and rate it accordingly. The non withdrawabal bonus money, high wagering requirements and very restrictive withdrawal terms are a reason to warn players about the casino, at least to my eyes.

Thanks for looking into this.

Kind regards,

Hi Schwammesepp - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

While I don't like this term at all and the entire Game Tech group hold Blacklist status with this service, in this case whether or not they leave the additional winnings in your account wouldn't make any difference. You cannot withdraw these funds based on this term, therefore you're not going to be allowed to withdraw any winnings generated with them or comp points earned with them. In short this would be exactly this same as playing with fun money.

We will look to add a review of Enzo casino in the near future and like the rest of the properties in this group they will hold Blacklist status.

Sorry we could not be of further help,

ThePOGG

Hi helpful Admin,

thanks for the quick response and your opinion on the topic. ThePogg is definitely on my radar now. :) I agree with your judgement, but nevertheless those terms just scream ripoff. Next time I'll research a casino before blindly depositing. I've dealt with bad t&c before, but this is the worst yet. At least it feels good to help in fighting fraud like that, but still that's only a weak compensation. :P

Cheers,

David
