Found for the Casino - The player chose not to cooperate with our investigation, failing to provide either details of the promotion they claimed or the term that was used to void their winnings. As such we have no facility to verify whether or not the player actually violated terms. As the player obstructed this investigation this complaint has been found for the casino.

Player's Complaint

Hi,

I deposited to Euro King casino €20 and I got the bonus that they offered. I played for a few days and I bring my account to €900 euros. Then I tried to cashout from the casino and I have send all documents they needed and verifying by the group. After a few days of asking again and again I open the account and I see only €20. When I ask them they tell to me that I won too much money and they give me new terms and cons about that. Anyway all my winning have disappeared from my account for no reason. Thank you anyway for your help and support.

Hi spirosrho,

I've just deleted your comment on the YouTube video review of Euro King casino. I've already had to ask you once to resubmit your complaint removing the unfounded accusations you made, I consider posting the same accusations on the YouTube page to be a second strike. If you use this accusatory language again, I will automatically close this complaint as 'Found for the Casino' and lock your account. I understand your frustration, but before I will condone any provocative statements - like the ones you have made twice now - I need to get both sides of the story.

Moving forward with your complaints - I need to be able to see the terms and conditions for the bonus you claimed. Without that I can't confirm that the casino have done anything wrong.

This player has made clear via email that they are not interested in providing the information that we've requested and we have neither received details of the promotion that the player received nor clarification of the term that Euro King casino used to justify confiscation of winning.

While I am always happy to help players where and when I can, I will not allow this site to be used as a platform for disgruntled players to make unverifiable claims. Fairness cuts both ways and the site would quickly find that casinos would stop cooperating with us on the legitimate complaints if we started publishing player claims without checking their validity.
