Dear Sir,
I am currently experiencing issues with the Europalace casino, a member of the Fortune Lounge Group. My username is [EDIT].
In December 2015, I won about 750 Euros playing with the welcome bonus. My account was subsequently locked and placed under investigation. The investigation is still ongoing and the casino is unable to provide a deadline for its end.
It would be great if the casino could finish the investigation and pay out my winnings.
