Player's Complaint

Dear Sir,

I am currently experiencing issues with the Europalace casino, a member of the Fortune Lounge Group. My username is [EDIT].

In December 2015, I won about 750 Euros playing with the welcome bonus. My account was subsequently locked and placed under investigation. The investigation is still ongoing and the casino is unable to provide a deadline for its end.

It would be great if the casino could finish the investigation and pay out my winnings.

Hi jirak,

I've heard back from EuroPalace about your issue. Apparently there were a significant volume of sign-ups around the time you joined that showed indications of being non-genuine. Your account shared some similarities with these account. However on re-review it has ultimately been concluded that you have done nothing wrong and your balance should now be available to withdraw. If you could confirm when you receive your funds I'd appreciate it.
