Player's Complaint

I played evospin and euslot casinos, deposited there a lot of times, but never managed to win something that I would like to withdraw, until December 9th. On that day I made 25000€, and right after reaching this balance I contacted my personal manager to withdraw. After fully verifying my account, I made withdrawal request. Then, I was told that I could not withdraw to my debit card even though it was the only payment method that I used to deposit with. So how come they can accept my money from that card, but can’t pay to the same card? The only option they gave me was skrill, where I was banned, and therefore could not use that withdrawal option. Therefore, I had no chance to withdraw my money. All this time the casino was accepting my deposits with please but it turns out I never had a chance to withdraw my winnings, which is against fair gambling principles.
