Hi,

I have been struggling with a strong gaming addiction for over 2 years now and have turned off my self on about 50 pages so I can't control my gambling.

A while ago I registered at EUslot to give playing another chance but it escalated. Since the latest week I have spent over 70,000 SEK and a total of over 500,000 SEK during these two years. It is very unfortunate as this money is borrowed and no one I own.

When I researched the casino, I realize that it belongs to N1 Interactice Ltd, which also owns Spinia Casino and N1 Casino, where I previously closed myself for gambling problems. I have also turned myself off from several others belonging to N1 Interactice Ltd. I contacted Spinia Casino in October about this so I attach to what I wrote.

Now I feel very anxious and cheated. A casino like EUSlot should have more control over its players and also when you are previously suspended at other casinos within the same company and lose so much money in a short time.

It is irresponsible of them to allow me to register with exactly the same information and also be verified and authenticated with exactly the same identity as before. EUSlot has no responsibility for gambling problems.

That is why I now demand that EUSlot repay all my efforts since I started my account there. Attaches screenshots to my efforts in October at Spinia via my bank and at EUslot so you see that it is the same account.

When I contacted Spinia in october was my wish to close and block my account and personal number. I explained the situation that I can't handle my game and that it all happens on impulse. So it would be strange if they didn't block me from their entire network.

It's very irresponsible if the casino didn't take me seriously when I was clear about how deep down I am and was in my addiction. By law, EUslot may not allow me to open an account and do not play and deposit when I have self-excluded from their sister-casino Spinia and several others.

I have contacted EUslot and explained my situation but with no response back.

Hi hejheh89,

The MGA license does not require self-exclusions to carry over to other properties on the license unless the player specifically requests that they do so.

Hi! The casino does not answer my questions about how they take responsibility for gaming abuse. They say it is me who made the mistake and refuse to pay my deposits back. Even though I could continue to make deposits since my request to have my account suspended and put up this case on ThePOGG. I have been able to make deposits of over SEK 20,000 after that.

At the present point we have not contacted the operator regarding your claim as we were awaiting further information from you to establish whether you have a valid claim. No communication to this service would be considered a self-exclusion request.

Have you requested a self-exclusion at EUSlots? If so were you allowed to play after this point?
