Hello,
I deposited at everum casino and claimed a match bonus they offered me by email for new years. I had some good luck and turned my $100 deposit into $2,280. I wanted to cash out my winnings so I sent them my documents and request a cash out. They sent me this email later,
We regret to inform that your Everum Casino account has been permanently closed due to the breach of Terms and Conditions:
“One player is entitled to open one account. It is forbidden to open additional accounts to family members, OR use a single IP address, computer or other devices without the prior written permission of the Company”
”One player has the right to use a particular bonus offer only once, if conditions don’t imply multiple use. It is forbidden to receive bonuses (including freeroll tournaments) for members of the family, OR by using a single IP address, computer or other device without the prior written permission of the Company.”

I do not have any other account at everum casino. I also know that no one in my family plays at online casinos. I hoped this was a mistake, so I contact them by email but nobody responds to me. [EDIT] I hope you can help me. Thank you.
