Eypobet - does not pay, communication seized

Found for the Casino - EypoBet provided evidence that demonstrated substantial and unnatural connections between this player's account and several other player accounts. As such we will take no further part in the representation of this complaint.

Player's Complaint

Hello,

Two months ago, at the beginning of December, I played at EypoBet casino and got lucky on the slots. This was not my first gaming session at the casino, but it has been my first win, so I uploaded verification documents through their website, for which I received confirmation of approval on Dec. 12th.

Since then my withdrawals are pending (the site only allows payment requests of 1000 eur at a time and my balance amounts to a little over 11k eur). The last communication I got from the casino was on Dec. 23rd saying "Your request has been transferred to the the financial department. Please, considering this period of the year, it's possible your request will take more time to be processed. We apologize for the delay and be assured it's exceptional your first withdraw has not been processed yet."

The more recent e-mail inquiries I sent this year remained unanswered and there's nobody on live chat even though it shows as 'online' on the EypoBet homepage.

Can you help me with this issue? My EypoBet username is [EDIT] and my registered e-mail address with them is [EDIT].

No I've had nothing back from EypoBet as yet. I've just made my third and final attempt to contact them directly and if I don't get anything back I'll contact their regulator.

Hi SeatFan,

I managed to get hold of Eypobet a few weeks ago. In relation to your case, they've stated that there's evidence that you account is associated with several others in an unnatural fashion.

I'm currently trying to get them to provide evidence to support this claim but as of yet they've been unresponsive to further requests.

It should be noted that if they do provide evidence this will not be shared of published.

I'll let you know when I hear more.

I appreciate that you've managed to finally get a reply from EypoBet.

Considering the disputed amount and the fact that they're a new site, with several other players experiencing payment delays on askgamblers website and sbr forum, there certainly is an incentive to make such accusations.

I'm not going to argue as for the moment it is my word against theirs but they did let my account accessible for me to play further, which I did this weekend.

I didn't loose, so my claim remains unchanged.

Hi SeatFan,

Just to keep you in the loop, I am still discussing this issue with EypoBet. I am aware of the payment issues with this group as I am currently dealing with another complaint against them. The issues with slow payment are directly connected to the slow progress in discussion of this issue, but are not in any way connected to the seizure of your funds.

Where this the issue is slow payment, EypoBet have made clear their intentions to pay. In your case EypoBet's current position is that they will not be paying your winnings and I'm requesting that they provide supporting evidence for this decision.

Further to this I can also rule out balance size as a factor as the wins across the different complaints are similar in quantity.

I'll get back to you once I have more information.

Hello! I have finally received a reply form EypoBet today, confirming your last post.

I am accused of bonus abuse because my account shares similarities with others. Have they provided you with satisfactory evidence for this? Do you consider my account to be 'unnaturally connected' to others?

I've received the requested evidence from EypoBet. While it's rarely possible to say with 100% certainty that an individual is involved in the operation of multiple player accounts, in this case the - and in my opinion - the similarities between this player's account and several other player accounts extend far past that which could be considered coincidence.

As such ThePOGG.com agrees with EypoBet's position that this player is in breach of terms and conditions and will take no further part in the representation of this complaint.
