Found for the Casino - EypoBet provided evidence that demonstrated substantial and unnatural connections between this player's account and several other player accounts. As such we will take no further part in the representation of this complaint.
Player's Complaint
Hello,
Two months ago, at the beginning of December, I played at EypoBet casino and got lucky on the slots. This was not my first gaming session at the casino, but it has been my first win, so I uploaded verification documents through their website, for which I received confirmation of approval on Dec. 12th.
Since then my withdrawals are pending (the site only allows payment requests of 1000 eur at a time and my balance amounts to a little over 11k eur). The last communication I got from the casino was on Dec. 23rd saying "Your request has been transferred to the the financial department. Please, considering this period of the year, it's possible your request will take more time to be processed. We apologize for the delay and be assured it's exceptional your first withdraw has not been processed yet."
The more recent e-mail inquiries I sent this year remained unanswered and there's nobody on live chat even though it shows as 'online' on the EypoBet homepage.
