Found for the Player - While we agree with the player voiding valid funds retroactively because of a recent violation is not fair, this group of operators will not change their practices.

They refused my payout literally hours before it was due to have been processed , reason given I used a $25voucher that the casino offered me after I requested to be paid out and whilst awaiting my payout ,they said it breached their terms and cond ?? How or why would they offer it if it would create this situation , it's as if they intentionally cause this so they can renig and just like that !! Destroy someone's world it's just horribly wrong

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. While we would entirely agree that the practice that this operator has engaged is unfair, unethical and specifically set-up as a trap to unfairly revoke winnings before the operator has to pay them, having discussed this issue with this group of operators on several occassions we can state that the operator will not change their position. That is one of the reasons that this group is Blacklisted with this service.
