Player's Complaint
After seeing advertising for Australian players accepted here I decided to give this casino a try. I also checked with them upon joining that they do allow players from Australia (as I just read however in their T&C's they state they cannot register accounts to anyone in countries where online gaming is illegal- predatory behaviour example 1) In my first session I lost a bit and decided the next time I went to play there to place a deposit limit on my account as I always have over the years with any online casino accounts as I know that I can have a tendency to chase my losses sometimes so I like to remove the temptation of spending more then is affordable. I spoke to an online operator as the t&cs advise to place a deposit limit on my account. I requested a $100 deposit limit per week. They said this was done. But I accidentally realised not long after they didnt enforce this limit they made it daily. So i started chasing my losses. Then after the second day they had lifted it altogether. Then I ended up back on chat saying this isn't right I set a deposit limit and they said oh it takes longer it will work now. This is 4 days later. Then I said oh its ok I dont want one cos I was still trying to chase so they let me change it. Numerous times instantly. But they kept changing it wrong too and then they advised that I deposit using bitcoin if my card payments went over. Yes I am responsible for how I spend my money but I always set limits at casinos to play safe anyway and not get excited. Then I said look close my account. To which they responded ok but we have to send you a self exclusion form for you to print out and sign or you can reopen it at any time! Who even owns a printer at home I know I dont! I feel that their casino takes advantage where they can they shouldnt have allowed my limit to waiver and as they said it's illegal for them to take players from Australia so does that also make it illegal for them to have taken my money? I think so. I bet my bottom dollar now after these dealings that had I had a decent win they probably would've denied it to me being from Australia anyway. I've never played at a casino I found to be this loose with their responsible gaming it's disgusting and they shouldn't be able to get away with it. If I was to dispute the whole amount as I'm an Australian player which they legally can't allow to have accounts in all right I would be asking for around $1100 back!

Hi zazed - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
Unfortunately you've chosen to play with a group that are both negatively listed here and who apply predatory responsible gambling practices (namely requiring a printed document to self-exclude) as you describe.
We will try to contact the operator on your behalf, but the chances of a successful mediation are low.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
