Player's Complaint

Hi i made a withdrawal from my Fair Go Casino account and while the withdrawal was pending, i claimed a free bonus.

They claim that there terms and conditions state that players cannot claim a free bonus whilst 1 or more payments is pending.

Now im sure there terms and conditions does state this rule however, my previous withdrawals from Fair Go Casino have all been paid in full after using a free bonus whilst withdrawals were pending.

This is an extract from the email i received today from Fair Go Casino,

"Players with one or more pending withdrawals currently in their account are not eligible to receive any bonuses, promotional or otherwise, until such withdrawals are either processed or cancelled. Abuse of this policy, as defined by the casino, may result in cancellation of the player's winnings."

I have replied to the email stating my case and am waiting for a reply.

I would be very grateful if you could please help me with my situation as it is completely and utterly [EDIT] on Fair Go Casino's part as far as im concerned.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you. While we would broadly agree with you that using a violation on a current bonus to invalidate historically compliant winnings is non-valid, having discussed this issue with this group on a number of occasions they will not change their position.
