Player's Complaint
I have been trying to withdraw since September they finally received all my documents and now are saying the address on the back of my license isnt good enough
Since receiving the email I have resent a copy of a utility bill and they claim they have not received it and I have sent 4 times and also to their support email address
I have screenshots of all the chats Ive had with them
Is there anything you can do
