Resolved - This complaint demonstrated the same slow payment issues with Fenix casino that have been widely documented in various locations over the internet. The player did eventually receive their funds, but it should be noted that the casino were non-responsive to all our attempts to talk to them about this issue.

While I'd love to claim credit for you getting paid, I think it's highly unlikely that anything we did had any effect. While I have tried to contact Fenix casino on several occasions, they have not responded and as such I haven't given them the details of your issue.
