Player's Complaint

I signed up to fortune clock. Then a week after tried to sign in again.same user name just kept saying wrong email so I thought I'd got muddled up as I have 4 sites I play on. And the fact that I have a brain injury from an assault and robbery 2 yrs ago.Causing memory loss and confusion. So I re registered and only played on the latest one as I wrote it down. I won 650€ so I submitted a withdrawal I sent all the documents they asked for and extra they say payout within 36 hrs. 36 hours I heard nothing so I contacted [EDIT] my casiono personal manager she said I had to re submit the documents.as they had a shine on them so I did.

Then waited again and recieved another email asking me to submit documents.so I again contacted my manager she then emailed back saying could I resubmit another withdrawal request and it would be fine i definitely will receive my payout in 36 hours.

I spent my bill money as I thought I would be getting my payout. Then 36 hours later I was told it was declined due to having multiple accounts and I have violated the conditions. I wrote back stating about my brain injury and sent proof of my disability which shows my memory and confusion. They didn't even reply just sent a link to carry on deposting money. My head injury consultant and mental health team are looking into this for me as I feel I'm now having to take out a loan and getting in debt just for a misunderstanding they have shown no compassion or support at all just ignored my emails. I have copied everything if needed but the said they reserve the right to make a decision and have ignored the fact It was not done intentionally.

Hi trixx-10 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Fortune Clock do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. While I'm sorry to hear about your situation all online gaming operators restrict users to opening a single account. If you have opened more than one account you have violated the terms of this agreement and the operator would be within their rights to consider any activity on the second account void.

Sorry we cannot be of more help.
