Player's Complaint
My 14 year old son opened an account with this casino in my name and used my company card to deposit over £800, i have a complaint and refund request with fortune clock due to the fact they never asked for any i.d or verification documents not to mention it being a company bank account they have responded asking for documents and i.d to proceed with the request which i have provided but they keep sending back that the docs are wrong etc etc, basically prolonging the review in the hope i will just quit it this has now gone on for over 4 weeks so i am wanting to put a complaint in as they broke so many online gambling rules and regulations.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. As explained in our Complaints FAQs we do not pursue claims relating to unauthorised payments. You need to contact your payment provider and/or local law enforcement to review this type of claim.
