Hi,
I could not find FortuneJack on the casino list, so i chosed thepogg, hoping that you can access this complaint.
I am a danish citizen with gambling addiction, and FortuneJack Casino allowed me to deposit more than 28.000$ even after i requested account closed and refund multiple times.
On 7. November FortuneJack had allowed me to deposit more than 15.000$ and i lost a lot. Therefore i reached out to FortuneJack and i wrote: I would request my account canceled and deposits minus withdrawals returned.
On 30. November it was payday and due to FortuneJack had not closed my account earlier on 7. November as requested, i was allowed to deposit and loss my whole paycheck more than 1200 USD. FortuneJack support informed me that: "Denmark Ip has been restricted for all providers", so why did they continue to accept my deposits, when they tell me Denmark is restricted?
This same evening i wrote to FortuneJack support requesting a refund and writing:
Because it is illegal in my country to gamble on your website as i understand, i would also like to close my betting account and Please forward my case to the administration.
On 11. December i got a loan that should be used for my apartment, but due to my gambling addiction and that FortuneJack didnt close my account, i was allowed to deposit and loss this loan in total of 9.408,54$ on 11/12 december.
FortuneJack did not close my account, even after i did reach out on 7. November asking for account canceled and deposits returned and on 30. November, when casino informed me Denmark is restricted and i was asking to close my betting account and refund.
What can i do more as a vulnerable gambling addict losing everything i own, when i very desperately informing the casino i had lost, asking for refunds and account canceled and betting account closed. However the Casino should also have closed my account when they informed me that Denmark has been restricted and i confirmed that i was located and betting from Denmark.
I have deposit history, both original screenshot from FortuneJack and Excel calculation with the values at deposit time and the communication with FortuneJack on 7-11 and 30-11.

you need to contact a lawyer. they give a guarantee that you will get your money back = the law is in your favor. many people took advantage and got their money back. you will win the guarantee even if the site was registered in Malta
