Why did the casino close your account? Were you playing with a bonus? What size? How much did you deposit? How much did you win? What did the casino say to you?

Thanks for your email. Unfortunately I don't think there's anything we can do to help in this case. Having looked at the ForvetBet terms and conditions I found this:

1.2.4 Herbir müşteri sadece bir hesap açma hakkına sahiptir, bu hesap kesinlikle kendi kişisel bilgileri girilerek açılmalıdır ve bu hesap için sadece bir para birimi tanımlayabilir. Bunun dışındaki durumlarda sadece bahis yöneticisi tarafından, özel ikinci bir hesap açılabilir. Daha önceden bahis şirketinden bir hesabı bulunan bir kullanıcı, yeni bir isim, mail adresi veya posta adresi altında yeni bir hesap kesinlikle açamaz. Ayrıca kendine ait bir hesabı kesinlikle bir başkası ile birlikte kullanamaz.

Aynı IP, bilgisayar veya aynı lokasyonda bulunan üyelerin birbirleri ile bağlantılı bahisler yaparak kendilerine haksız kazanç sağlamaya çalışamaları ve/veya vermiş olduğumuz bonusları kötü amaçla kullanmaları kesinlikle yasaktır.

Bu şartlar ihlal edilerek açılmıs tüm hesaplara Çift Hesap adı altında değerlendirilir. Bahis şirketi bu şekilde değerlendirilen tüm hesapları kapatma hakkına sahiptir. Bir hesabın bu nedenle kapatılması halinde;

The rough translation of this is that you're prohibited from sharing an IP address with another account. I appreciate that this may have happened for innocent reasons and that you weren't intentionally trying to do anything fraudulent, but by signing up 2 accounts from the same computer you've made your activities look questionable and you have technically violated the terms and conditions. As such the casino are within their rights to withhold winnings.
