Fruity Casa - Unpaid winning

Ruling

Resolved - This player has become non-responsive to our requests for updates. As such we assume they've managed to resolve this issue on their own.

Read our Fruity Casa Casino Review.

Player's Complaint

Fruity Casa has claimed to have "accepted" withdrawal request, but after weeks of waiting won't provide any evidence it has been paid. No reason given, and requesting copies of my bank statements to prove funds have not been received.

I have already been KYC verified, and it doesn't make any sense to prove I haven't received the funds when there is no proof it has been paid.

Not responded to my emailed request for proof of payment for over a week.

Hi onespinwonder - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Online gambling operators like Fruity Casa will use 3rd party companies to process payments to them. In this type of situation, they will not be able to provide you proof that the payment has been sent, all they will have is the record of their request to their payment company. To investigate this further they will need you to provide proof that the payment has not been received. In short you are going to need to provide the bank statement they requested.

If you could submit that to the operator and let us know I'll follow-up with Fruity Casa once you've done this.

Thanks,

ThePOGG
