I withdrawn £300 sent in lots of documentation my passport my birth certificate my bank statement my phone bill my deed poll. They are now requesting i get my document certified i have done this and they still wont pay me.

The operator informs me that they've dropped the request to certify your document but are waiting on you submitting your provisional driver's license. Have you done this?
