Hi there,
17 days ago i asked for a pay out of a total of 4000 euros winning. At first finance department needed time to check the winning,after that i needed to wait because of a sofort paymant that was stuck (in my account it says it is accepted),following i needed to contact my bank about this payment,did that and needid to get proof of my bank about payment. And so i did. Now.. i still need to wait because casino still says payment of Sofort is pending. Please help me out! This is taking way to long!
