hello,i deposited 50 euros in the above casino and won 150. now i want to pay out the winnings. i have fully verified my account the only problem is that my bank does not write the time on your account statements. Unfortunately,I can't change that. otherwise everything is on it,date,debit,name,iban. the casino denies me my withdrawal and doesn't help me with a solution. I've tried several times to clarify that. Could you please help me Best regards
