Found for the Casino - This player appears to have broken the maximum allowed bet term while playing with a bonus. As such there is nothing we can do to help them.

Player's Complaint

I have recently tried to withdraw my winnings from Go Wild Casino, they told me my winnings had been voided due to the bonus requirements not met. This was there response:

We have received your withdrawal request, however it has been denied by our Audit Team.

Please be advised that during the verification of your withdrawal they have noticed that our Bonus Terms and Conditions were breached.

Please be reminded that: "The maximum bet allowed when playing with any type of bonus still active in your account should be less than 20% of the value of the bonus creditedand should not exceed 8 EUR, 8 USD, 8AUD, 8CAD, 80 SEK, 80 NOK (as applicable) per single bet (For example: placing a bet of 8 EUR after claiming an initial bonus of 100 EUR is allowed)."

Upon checking, on the 1st of December, you have claimed a set of free spins that generated winnings in value of 11.26 AUD, therefore the maximum bet allowed should be less than 2.25 AUD.

Our Audit team found numerous bets of 2.50 AUD, while the bonus was active, which clearly breached our Bonus Terms
