I have problem with this casino. I won money, but don't payout. I write to email ignore, write to chat first get answer that documents is verified and withdrawal processed. But, i see that is not processed how questions about withdrawal per chat now ignore and per chat. I have all screenshot.

After repeated attempts to raise this issue with Golden Lady Casino, once the details of the issue were provided to them they offered no response what-so-ever.

At this stage I have no reasonable expectations of this situation changing in the near future.

Unfortunately there's nothing further I can recommend you do. Sorry we cannot be of further help!
