Player's Complaint
Goodnight. After several deposits with VISA, finally on December 10, 2109 I requested a withdrawal with the same method as the deposit. Once all the documents have been submitted for verification, and after waiting several weeks without receiving the withdrawal, I begin to claim it by chat, giving me good words and intentions here, but without receiving any money.
Until I was suggested to change the withdrawal method, I did so on April 16, reversing the withdrawal and requesting it again for bitcoin.
To this day I still do not get the money, after numerous claims to the chat and several emails.
