GoWild - Didnt recieve my winnings

Player's Complaint

I got the feature on a game at 75c bet i won the major aswell as other amounts. Totalling over $9000 I then got out of the game went into my account but it didnt say my winnings where in i then went back into the game and my bet had been lowered to 25 c and the winnings where a smaller amount of $3540 i then took a screenshot but i got a screenshot just as the game was adding up my total winnings. I then went onto live chat and spoke to a lady and explained what had happened she said there was no record of this winning on my history and that i was to provide a screenshot so i did she kept telling me you need 15 symbols to win the jackpot. I stated i didnt win the jackpot. I won the major. This lady was rude and not very helpful at all. So i then re connected on live chat with a young man and explained my sotuation again and that i had spoke to someone prior to when i was talking to him and he said you need 15 symbols to win the jackpot aswell i aslo told him i won the major not the jackpot he then told me i had to read the game play rules as he tried to say u was incorrect. I then read the game play rules concerning the symbol feature. It states.

WHEN THE MONEY RESPIN FEATURE IS COMPLETE THE VALUE OF ALL THE SYMBOLS ARE ADDED AND THE GAME PAYS THE TOTAL AMOUNT IF ALL 15 POSITIONS ARE FILLED YOU ALSO WIN THE MEGA JACKPOT. and so i sent a screenshot of rhis to the young man i was talking to and said i am in the right and this is what happened in my game so i would like a really good explantion as to why my winnings where not placed into my account.

He offered for an investigation to be done on the game play and then left the chat. So i couldnt reply.

Really that is strange as ive won money through them before and its been paid put to me. Hmmm very strange. I have emails i can send and screenshots from my game play but i dont have screenshots of my chats because i didnt think to copy them.
