GR88 - Not Paid Winnings for 2 months
Ruling
Resolved - A month and a half after claiming to have sent payment, the payment finally arrived with the player.
Despite explicitly telling us that they'd sent this payment to the player, GR88 have not paid this balance and after evidence was provided to show that the payment was not made became non-communicative about this issue.
The casino acknowledge that this player was due their payment and have provided no explanation a to why they have not paid. As such this complaint will be marked 'Found for the Player' and GR88 will be moved to our Blacklist for non-payment of due balances.

Player's Complaint
I requested a withdrawal for £1,316 from GR88 Casino on 12th May and I have not received it. I have been waiting over 2 months which I think is unreasonable when their website says all payments will be made within 5 days.
I have received withdrawals from them in the past after chasing them several times but now I am just getting the same template response "Sorry for the delay I will pass your issue to the finance team".

Hi jonny_1610 - welcome to ThePOGG.com! Firstly I'd say that GR88 have recently been shifted to 'Not Recommended' status due to what we consider to be unethical treatment of a player in another complaint (http://thepogg.com/complaint/gr88-removed-1934-from-my-account/).
