Grand Mondial have discussed the basic issues involved in this case and if the reported information is accurate we would unquestionably support the operator. They have not however provided supporting evidence. As such we have two parties with entirely contrary claims and no sound basis upon which to draw a valid conclusion. As such this case will be marked as Unresolved.
