Grosvenor - Account closed twice due to verification issues

Player's Complaint

I opened an account with Mecca 13/6/13 it was closed on 19/6/13 after I had deposited £180 due to verification.

I reopened the account on 3/8/18 after depositing £500 it was closed due to verification issues.

Both times woyld not tell me wgat the verification issues are. They took my money and closed my account. Customer services either ignore my emails or are quite rude. They will not tell me what the issues were. I feel my deposits of £680 should be refunded

When you say you "reopened" your account I'm a little confused. Are you saying that you completed the verification that was required and you were allowed back into your account? Or did you open a second account?

Sorry, they did not tell me the verification issue, my account was closed after I deposited £180. In 2018 I received an email regarding play at Mecca, i decided to log on but could not remember my password. I told tbem on live chat I had forgotten my password and was sent a link for a new one. I was allowed to deposit £500 in 2 days before my account was clised again due to verification, again tgey did not tell me what the problem is. Their customer service either ignore my emails or are rude and abrupt, stating they will no longer be dealing with the my issue of closi g my account. Regards, [EDIT]
