Hello, on 08/01/2022 I used a 20 spins no deposit bonus code for the game BIG BASS BONANZA MEGAWAYS, (Maximum win amount for no-deposit free spins: 20 EUR Wager for the bonus: x40), from free spins I won 15.38 € which was subject to the wager × 40, i.e. to meet the requirements, I had to turn the amount of 615.20 €. When this condition was met on my account and the balance was higher than 700 € in the game I was playing, an error occurred and I was banned from the home page of the casino. After that my balance was no longer showing over 700 € only 0.00 € :-(, My whole "GAME HISTORY" WAS DELETED, I only have a history of bonuses and deposits from 09/11/2020, Game history from that day has been deleted. After many attempts getting any response from the agents on LIVE CHAT every time I get the same message that insults me I trusted them several times by depositing my hard earned money and never withdrawing anything and now when i won a large amount without a deposit they treat me very badly. please help me recover my fair play money Thank you.

We've discussed this matter with the operator and sadly we cannot uphold your claim.
You claimed a €20 no deposit bonus and played a total of €20.60 of the €584 wagering requirement before you cancelled the bonus. We have also reviewed the Gslot bonus cancellation process. This is not a single click. When you select to cancel a bonus you are presented with a confirmation pop-up which you again have to confirm.
This being the case, sadly there is nothing we can do to assist you in this matter.
