These points where going to the 10.531 that I had already won. The total amount of points at 20.07 was 20171.The next bet and push at 20.08 I won 640 points. But in stead of give me those points the game Ultra Hold and Spin stopped in a instant and did go immediatly back to the homepage of G. Slot.com leaving me with 10.31 in stead of the points that I had already won, which was 20171. This all happend at 20.08. You can see it on the photo 's witch are in my dossier. After this all happend I call some friends to tell them what had happend. Its a great shock too loose 20171 in an instant. After the calls I went back to the site of G.slot.com and made the amount of bet as low as possible to gain more evidence. (its not possible with a minimum bet of 0.10 to loose 20171 in about 50 minuten) I left 0.01 cents on my account. Thats still standing there now. My account name and password are. [email protected]. I've reviewed this matter thoroughly with the operator and there is a very simple explanation for your experience. This game offers the player the option to switch the balance view between money and coins:
There is a currency symbol present when you are displaying the balance in money and no currency symbol when viewing in coins.
The photos that you sent through show your balance displayed in coins. So your balance was never €20171, it was 20171 coins. Your wins are recorded in the play history appropriately, they are simply showing as credits rather than coins. So the win of 9640 coins is recorded as €96.4. The win a few minutes later of 640 coins is recorded as €6.40. The balance of 20171 is recorded as €201.71.
No money has gone missing from your account. No game play has been missed. You have simply switched between the two ways of viewing your balance.
Hoe do you explain then that it suddenly went back to thet site of Gslot. Leaving me with 10 euro 's. I am considering too bring this case too the dutch consumer program Kassa and Radar. Its not normal that the game suddenly stops and go back too the site of Gslot.

This happened because you - presumably because you believed you had a far higher balance than you actually did - moved your bets from €0.40/spin up to €25/spin. I did not Spin after the game went down. The 600 in the upper game with the maximum bet dissappeared before paying the point out. That 's 600 points xthe maximum bet. So that are a lot points. I did higher my bet to the maximum of 250 and then push the button. It give me the price of 640 in the upper game. It did not pay out the 640 points but went immidiatly too the homepage of Gslot. I think when your bet is 250 and you get a price of 640.its 640 x 250 coins. L 640x250. Thats why i cannot let go of this. Like i told the 640 i had never be written by my coins. The game suddenly stops.
Then in my opinion it would be 640x 250 maximum bet is 160.000 coins + 20171 = 180.271 coins. And in my opinion thats why the game stopt so aprubt. It 18027 euro 's. Thats is why i have to find other ways too find out the thrut. I now what happened that night and is not what Gslot said.

There are no missing bets. The bets that you claimed 'disappeared' from your balance, are clearly included in the play history. Both the balance (in coins) and the winnings you claimed were not paid, are clearly documented in the play history. They have not gone missing at all. Your balance dropped when you increased you bet.
I understand that there was a game connection errort that resulted in you being returned to the main lobby, but that had no impact on the funds in your account. This is not about what "GSlot said". It is about what the play history clearly shows, which reasonably accounts for your experience, but does not support your claim.
