The online casino Gslot delays unfortunately my payout in the amount of 799,99€ massively out, by now I am waiting since 12.02.2023 for my verification and this is not processed, presumably with the knowledge that I will immediately pay out the earned money.
I have on 12.02.2023 2x 50,00€ via Paysafecard my girlfriend deposited, of course with her consent, because we play together on various online casino sites.
In the game Big Bass Bonzana I have finally achieved a sum of 799.99€.
After I have now started my verification, the last document is being processed since 13.02.2023, but it does nothing.
According to information from Gslot, the processing of the data by the financial department takes between 1-3 hours.
Any requests for clarification of the situation are rejected, one receives only automated responses that they take care of my concern as soon as possible.
Since I do not receive any real answers and I now assume that they are trying to delay the whole thing, I am unfortunately forced to contact them so that the facts can be clarified as soon as possible.
I'm following-up on the above?
If we haven't heard from you by Friday the 24th of March we will assume you no longer need our assistance and close this complaint.
