Found for the Casino - While we do have every sympathy for the player here, and completely understand why they'd feel this was poor customer service, there's really nothing we could do to support them. As the player accepts that they did make these purchases, the fact that they didn't show on the player's bank statement immediately doesn't mean that they're entitled not to pay them. It is unquestionably a horrible experience, but not one where there's grounds to argue for returning of funds.

Player's Complaint

Please help me. When I first joined my debit card payments went through and came off my available balance straight away. Without knowing it that changed and the saved up payments, not all just random, and have taken weeks to collect them. They never came off my available bank balance and because they were random I never noticed. Now weeks later they have clobbered me for over £600 that I thought had already been paid. I feel sick and let down by them. Why suddenly change? It feels like they wanted me to think I had more money then I did Thank

Before we could do anything to help you we would need you to provide your username and email address at Hippodrome casino.

I do need to be clear before we go any further, if this issue relates to deposits you have actually made, there's not going to be much we can do about this. While I agree it's inconvenient that the payments were not taken immediately, these are still purchases you've made. The casino is entitled to the money regardless of the delays so there's no grounds for arguing for the return of funds.
