I submitted the "notarized" ID. I STILL do not have my money as they now say you have to wait TEN BUSINESS DAYS for a withdrawal of this amount. Seriously, the excuses from this mob are sky high. I have spoken with chat about 5 times where they say the amount is being checked and audited! Meanwhile, they did process a smaller withdrawal that was submitted 2 days AFTER the pending withdrawals. THIS IS NOT RESOLVED.

Not resolved. Now they are asking for bank statements and pay slips to prove "source of funds". This is got to be biggest fraud in history. Avoid like the plague!

Source of wealth checks are a standard and legally required request where the operator has concerns that the funds being used in the account may not legally belong to the account holder. You would need to comply with this request before we could assist you.

Complied with this request on March 05 2021 via sent bank statements and payslips. They "we will review within 5 days". Nine days later- nothing. It's over a month now since my original withdrawal. Of course they keep returning funds to my account and coming up with another delay tactic.

 First of all the casino confiscated $700 AUD from my account saying I had gone against the bonus rules (I actually hadn't as the bonus was gone).
 
 Nevertheless I kept playing the casino. I uploaded my documents. These were approved and I did make a few withdrawals.
 
 I then had a big win/s. I then got an email asking for more ID of selfies of myself holding the ID. I submitted these selfies and they were approved.
 
 I then retried to make the 3 withdrawals of $5000 per time, as they have a max withdrawal of $5000.
 
 I then received an email 3 days later asking for notarized documents of the ID's above. Is this normal? I am now very worried about their next excuse?
