Hi Team ,

I have played Indio Casino and I won some money after a bunch of e-mail about withdrawl ,they came back me that they are having casino server problem and one day I got a mail from manager that they are going to introduce Indio casino product again and they are not given me assurance about my withdrawl.

I need my withdrawl very first . I’m not believe that they have product problem.

I can confirm that we received an email from this operator, unrelated to this complaint, stating that they are in the process of switching their platform provider and there would be some disruption while this takes place.

I'll contact the operator but I would expect this to take a long time to resolve.

Hi pogg team,

I made a withdrawl request rs 22000INR which is big

What my concern is it is more than 30 days that they are not paying out me.

May be they are switching but my money is still with them.we always welcome if they switch over but they need to settle down my amount first. Settling customers amount won’t effect there switching.

I need my money back to my NETELLER account immediately. I deposited money and loose over there at last I won these and they are saying these reasons.

They are not even responding to emails and calls .just think about all customers how much money they invested.everyone have there own plans and we know how important money is .

Please escalate in high priority p1 and try to solve my withdrawl. Please do this help for me . This money is very important for me now

Hi Team ,

I got a mail from Indio team saying about my withdrawl and they are going to launch new product in next couple of weeks then they will pay my withdrawl.

I replied them I will wait for two weeks and I don’t want wait for further more.

So please ask Indio from your end after 10 days .

Hello Team,

I contacted Indio casino after 3 weeks about my withdrawl now there is no response from them.
Earlier they promised me to settle money within couple of weeks

But still my withdrawl not came . Can you please ask them to release my withdrawl irrespective of there situations. I am not ready here explanations from them.
They will launch new product or any thing that will up to them it won’t effect my withdrawl . As they already confirmed my winnings they has to pay at any cost.

I've spoken again with the Indio Casino team who are saying the issue is with management and that it's being treated as a priority. Unfortunately there's not much more we can do other than ask them about this repeatedly until they pay up.

As we've already told you, we don't have any scope or power to influence when Indio casino pay your balance. We have repeatedly challenged the operator about this issue and the response has been consistently the say - that they're going to pay and the issue has been passed to management.

Sorry we cannot be of further help.
