Player's Complaint

I am filing an online formal complaint with as many companies as possible against intertops Casino. Basically they said I was playing on a bonus issued on 8/5. I never got this bonus and never use this bonus I was playing on a debit that I deposited. I have put in thousands of dollars over time and never withdraw once. I finally got the approval to do a withdrawal and when I did I just got a email saying that I was on a bonus code. I have proof through two online chats where I took screenshots of these people confirming my withdrawal though balance was over $2,300. I have played on bonuses before and had an issue therefore I know the max payout is $150. Not to mention when you play on a bonus it will drop $150 no matter how high your winnings are. My balance never dropped. Plus I assure you I never put in a bonus because I didn't need to as I was playing with my own money. so I have screenshots of conversation where intertops confirmed my balance and even showed me how to withdraw it. The woman before this told me my wallet balance and also that it was over $2,300. I won't explain the details as it will not help in this matter but I have the screenshots that show it. There is no bonus in my history on intertops website. As a matter of fact the last deposit with my cash deposit. I never received an email with this phone is code and never use this bonus code. I deserve my money that I won. There was no bonus and I hope that they do not come back and tell me I used a bonus as the lady I just spoke to could not send me the proof. I've taken screenshots of my history report and shows no bonus. they're going to come back and say they're sorry and I apologize but I will be filing a small claims court form. This is completely unfair and fraudulent. I have plenty of proof through intertops employees saying my balance and screenshots where I clicked on my account information that says play true balance was zero, bonus balance was zero, withdrawal about global balance was over $2, 381.75. but he knows if I was on a bonus those numbers would be a lot different

Sandra Holguin supporting documents for Intertops showing my withdrawalable balance no bonus!!! I was not on a bonus! Even if I was, I meet all requirements. But I never received an email with that bonus code and even on my history page on Intertops it shows NO BONUS CODE ENTERED ON 8/5/19 AS THEY KEEP SAYING. They sent me my play log but this was not money from the bonus! This was my withdrawalable balance that 2 employees confirmed while in chat. they even told me how to withdraw it and said they see that about in my wallet to take out. This is so unfair. They are losing more money by not giving me my withdrawal because I have put in thousands of dollars and never took out once and unless this is resolved, I will never play again !

I've discussed this issue with Intertops. They've provided your transaction history.

On the 5th of August you claimed a No Deposit Bonus. Again on the 16th of August you claimed a No Deposit bonus. There were no deposits made to your account between these No Deposit Bonuses. The Intertops terms and conditions prohibit claiming multiple No Deposit Bonuses without a deposit in between. As such the funds from the second No Deposit Bonus have been voided.
