Player's Complaint

Hello, I have not been able to receive a withdraw from intragame for 3 weeks now, they were saying they are having technical problems with all of the withdraw options, including Skrill and neteller. Then they promised me I will be able to make a withdraw for maximum of 100€ a day, and today I was told I am only able to withdraw a minimum of 1000€ not less, while I have 571€ in my account. They clearly want me to deposit even more money which I will clearly not be able to withdraw.

Hi tineogo,

Unfortunately we've had absolutely no response from Intragame to our repeated efforts to communicate with them about this issue. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this operator cooperating in the management of this complaint.

Unfortunately this operator is licensed in a jurisdiction - Curacao - that is widely non-responsive to player complaints. As such there's not even a regulatory body that we could refer you on to.

Sorry we couldn't be of more help.
