Player's Complaint

Slot Game, secret romance, counted up to 100,000 coins from a big win, I exited the game to withdraw to discover the amount wasn't added to my account balance, and then contacted live chat immediately as I was super excited. I am still finding it hard to believe it was an error. Especially, since I had played the game throughout the night 31/1/17 and very much liked the game. Yesterday morning from the moment I started spinning on the game I was unlocking achievements, getting complimentary spins on complimentary spins and now when I think about it I didn't get anywhere near as many mystery card symbols the night before. I'm convinced the random number generator was on my side at my time of that play!

Hi Jan8 - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

My first comment would be there's no such thing as a RNG being "on [your] side". That would contradict the very definition of "random". It's also not possible to draw any conclusions based on comparing two very short (mathematically) gaming sessions, like playing last night and then again this morning. I'm not saying that something hasn't gone wrong here, simply clarifying the reality of the situation.

Jackpot City are part of a group that are routinely non-responsive to player complaints posted with this service. While we will try to contact them to discuss this issue I want to be clear that our chance of success in this case are low from the outset.

I'll let you know if we get any response.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi Jan8,

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact Jackpot City we've received no response from this operator what-so-ever. At this time we have no reasonable expectation of this situation changing.

Our recommendation at this stage would be that you contact Jackpot City's regulator the Malta Gaming Authority. You can contact the MGA on the following url - http://www.mga.org.mt/support/online-gaming-support/.

Sorry we couldn't be of more help,

ThePOGG
