Player's Complaint

I had a winnings of cad$2700 they just send me cad$410 then they said they deduct cad$40 to pay derived deposit i made thru instadebit then when i ask when am i gonna receive the remaining cad$2250 they said it was void because it was acxumulated thru free spin and loyalty without deposit.when i told i did not use their my loyalty and never won on their free spin their statement change.they told me that my winnings is confiscated due to derive deposit i made with instadebit.i told them my instadebit account was blocked since january 4 2019 i use paysafe as deposit method when i gad the winnings onjanuary 5th.2019 but they insist that it was from instadebit deposit when i had the winnings and the amount confiscated will use to pay the unsettled amount from derived deposit which only amounting to cad$ it fair?when i ask them to send me documents proving their statement and decision to confiscate my winnings because telling it was from derived deposit.they cannot provide document that can support their claim.they just sending me email of 3 deposit transaction i made using instadebit which is not containing any basis that can prove their claim.hope you can help me with this issue.i have been lost a lot but i never complain because it is my own will.but when i won for the first time this is just what they gonna do.more power and godbless your agency.

Hi zildjan,

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to discuss this issue with Jackpot City we've received no response what-so-ever from this operator. I have no reasonable expectation of this changing in the foreseeable future.

All I can suggest at this point is that you contact the operator's ADR eCOGRA.
