I deposited 2500 euro to Jackpotcity on 12 May 2021. I played table games and won 300. I ordered 2800, but still don't receive it. They offered me 3000 euro if I send them my income documents. It looks very suspicious. So, I ignored it. They keeping my 2800 euro.

This is one of a pair of complaints, against operator's owned by the same group, that you have submitted simultaneously.

In one of these complaints you have stated that "They offered me 3000 euro if I send them my income documents. It looks very suspicious. So, I ignored it."

This is a standard source of wealth check and you would need to comply with it before we would look into this matter for you.
