Player's Complaint

I was never a gambler before, bit since my 2 car accidents, which leave me with two head trauma ´s, i have spend ridiculous amount of money there and their partners site. In may 2018 after a big losses i told them i was going to hang myself, they closed my account to reopen it and give me more bonus couples days later. After they re opened my account, i lost about 15k$. No body ever called home to see if it was ok or nothing.

Some nights i was reaching deposit limits, but their staff always found a way to deposit even if i broke the limit. Im not a rich dude. I had big car accidents that left me invalid for all my life. That money was all I had.

I believe my account shouldn't have been re-open after my suicide remarks, and i believe they didn't act in a good manager way by not verifying by phone after many big deposit the same night.

And now i can see by reading here that even if i would have won, they would have not pay me because they are unfair!

Unfortunately it is unlikely we'll be able to do anything to help you with this issue. Jackpot City are part of a group of operators that are routinely non-responsive to complaints posted with this service.

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to discuss this issue with Jackpot City we have received no response what-so-ever from the operator. At this juncture I have no reason to expect this situation to change in the near future.

All we can do at this stage is recommend that you contact the operator's regulator the Malta Gaming Authority.
