Found for the Player - As is standard for this group, Jackpot City have failed to offer any response to our repeated efforts to discuss this issue with them. As such we find this complaint in favour of the player.

Player's Complaint

i as the casino,jackpotcity requested submitted a photo id, utility bill, bank statements.

i was asked to get a new id as the one i sent was un clear and damaged. i advised the casino i was getting a new id they acknowledge this but later called and said my winnings was confiscated. i immediately sent in my new id with a statutory declaration certifying that the id was a true photo of me, and also sent a second stat dec certifying id was true and sighted and not tampered with. im still awaiting the casinos response. i did as they requested my documentation is all certified i want to be paid out my $80000.00 . what can i do ????
