Jackpot Grand institute maximum withdrawal limits lower than those stipulated on their website, justifying the values listed on their site as VIP figures.

hello,
I made a withdraw on the 18/08/2013 for the amount of 3000 usd the casino Jackpot Grand paid 1000 usd into my Neteller account and put the rest back into my casino account. I am not happy about this at all as the time I have to wait was long enough now they telling me via live chat that I have to make another withdraw and this will take another 5-10 business days and it clearly states on the website that the max withdraw is $3000! I find this unacceptable can the pogg help me out?
thx
hi the pogg thank you for the very quick responce and the helpfull info i will just leave the complaint at this stage as the best thing to do going by your answer thx again for the help
Hi craigy321,
That's fair enough and if you change your mind I'll be happy to help.
I'm going to leave this complaint open until you've received your funds - it would be really helpful to me if you could confirm as each of the next two $1k payments come in. By my calculations - assuming you've made a withdrawal yesterday/today and that you do so immediately after receiving the next - the first should come through on or before the 10th of September and the second on or before the 25th of September.

Due to the server issues that we've been experiencing we've lost several posts including some from this thread.
Craigy321 has confirmed that they have received their full balance and as such we will be marking this issue as Resolved.
I do feel that this issue should serve as a warning to other players regarding the withdrawal limits at this group.

Hi craigy321 - thanks for getting in contact.
Unfortunately your complaint is an all too common one with the AffActive group of casinos.
While you're right that the Jackpot Grand website states that the max withdrawal is $3000 as shown here;
they interpret Max Withdrawal as they max they will pay any customer rather than the max that all customers can withdraw. To clarify, this means that $3000 is the max withdrawal for their top level VIPs and if you're not a top level VIP - which the vast majority of customers aren't - the max you can withdraw is less than this though not defined clearly on their website.
This is further shown in their terms;
As you'll see from the above term the use of "of up to" and "determined according to player class" is what they're basing this on.
I personally really don't like this - VIP customers have to be considered and exception and provided their information separately so as not to mislead the majority of players, but having seen this type of complaint arise before it's very unlikely you'll be paid quicker due to my intervention.
Regardless, if you'd like I'm still happy to contact AffActive and see what I can do - in which case you'll need to provide me with your username and the email you use at Jackpot Grand.
Let me know how you'd like to proceed.
