Player's Complaint

I have played and deposited on this casino and won a total of £540 in separate withdrawal amounts and have not received a single one. The first withdrawal has been pending since 11th December. I was told the funds would be in my account then online assistant said it would take more days I am constantly being fobbed off. I get no reply when I email their support they have received all my ID to process the withdrawals told me online that they have and yet I still have not received my withdrawals

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Jackpot Villa do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Hello no not yet the online support on jackpot villa did tell me 2 days ago that the payments had been processed and they would enter a query. But when I checked my account all my withdrawals were still pending and on checking my bank account no funds have been received yet
