They told me that they pay out 10 times more of deposit what I made. My deposit was 20euro
I win 2000euros. I made withdrawal for 2000euro but they avoided 1800euro. I got only 200euro. I have email from them.
I think this is fraud.

I deposited 20euro got 100euro bonus. From this money I won 5000euro. I couldn't withdraw it straight away because I needed to do 12000 wagering before being able to withdraw the money. So I did and i went thru all the 12000 euro and all I had left after this wagering was 2000 euro on my balance. So once I tried to withdraw my money they asked me for plenty of different kind of documents first to provide. So I provided them all. And they all got accepted. I was then able to withdraw my funds, so I did. I waited 5days and they sent me email that I can not withdraw my winnings and canceled my withdrawal and avoided to withdraw my full sum and left me only with 200euro to withdraw. I asked in live chat why is this and they told me it's because I deposited only 20euro in total. They only give out 10times the winning.

Hi eddie1234,

Jellybean Casino carry the following bonus term:

"New players who have not yet deposited more than 200 euro cannot accrue a balance in excess of x10 the original deposit. Any balance in excess of this max cash-out will be voided upon withdrawal."

If you have accepted a bonus you have accepted this term.

Thanks,

ThePOGG

This is the worst online casino what I ever play. Therm and condition are so stupid.
Not fear. Not recommended for anyone.
Thanks anyway.
