Karamba – funds blocked for over 5 months
Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolve their issue on their own.

I have been back and forth with karamba directors, customer support and whatnot for 5 months in order to withdraw my money, instructions unclear and unable to follow. chat times out due to bad website.
withdrawals showing pending for months.
Every time i ask for a solution customer support gives me a different answer.
They asked for card evidence which I sent and still waiting presently for my money.
can't go any worst with customer support, can't get in touch with them.
