Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
3 month ago I put 20€ in and got a Bonus of another 20€, and so now I had to implement an amount of 700€ to be able to withdraw any of the money. Which I did it also says on the website that the bonus is completed. When I tried to withdraw it said I had to implent another 8,75€. Since it was in the middle of the night I decide to just try and do so and not directly contact the support. So I played with anoth 20€, but it still said to implement 8,75€. So I contacted the support, which only told me to delete my cache and cookies and that they don't know why it didn't count. So i tried to explain what happened, but they only told me to keep playing. So I had to talk to about 3 employee before finally they told me that they were gonna send it to the tech support. So a 2 Month passed and I contacted them again. They told me that they don't know what I'm talking about and that I should try to keep playing maybe another game. So I again told them that I've tried that already (in the mean time I gave up and thought well I just play it down, and with the last of it I got another 100€) so this time I contacted them again, and they again told me that they were gonna send it to the tech support. It's been another month and I Haven't heard anything. Please hemp
